ADM under the GDPR - I produced this flowchart after noticing that my Imperial AI MSc students were struggling to parse Art.22. Admittedly it's been termed the worst-drafted of all GDPR provisions, rightly, by someone I used to work with, who knows who she is :) I hope it will be useful, and as always all comments are welcome!
(Updated Mar 2026: to note this flowchart only applies to the EU GDPR, and not the UK GDPR following the Data (Use & Access) Act 2025)
